This is the only AVON eyeshadow quad i own, i ordered it from a catalog a few months ago and was using it regularly for a long time. Two shadows are matte, and two are satin. None of them are very pigmented but work well for layering and a soft day look, especially if you're into nudes.
From L to R:
- Vanilla - a cream colored matte shadow, hardley pigmented at all, best used as a highlight color.
- Pearly Peach - a peachy satin shadow, a little more pigmented than Vanilla but needs layering to look opaque.
- Sandy Copper - another satin shadow thats not very pigmented, needs layering, but its a nice neutral copper shade.
- Chocolate Suede - a chocolatey matte, this is the most pigmented of the shadows and applies the easiest.
If i had it to do over again I probably would not have purchased these, although i did get a couple months worth of use out of them before I bought UD Naked and Too Faced Natural Eye. Im not really into matte shades, so thats an issue for me + the fact that they're not very pigmented and dont apply easily at times. The packaging for AVON quads is a bit bulky and could be much thinner. Overall, this isnt a terrible shadow palette, so if you like soft day looks and matte shadows it would be right for you.
