Victoria's Secret Perfect Lipstick in Scrumptious

Prior to buying this i had never tried a V.S. lipstick so i was browsing through shades a few weeks ago and ended up buying 'Wish' which is a bright baby pink. I didnt like it to i returned it and exchanged it for 'Scrumptious' - a nude peach shade.

this shade looks a little unnatural on me

Aside from the fact the shade isnt a 100% fit for me i still enjoy this lipstick from time to time. The formula is pretty good and i would def. recommend them!

Victoria's Secret Bombshell Summer Mist

A week or so ago i did a haul at Victoria's Secret. I need a new bra but also ended up buying the new Bombshell Summer body mist. The full size perfume was completely sold out otherwise i would have purchased that instead. However, this was on sale for $15 (regular $25), so i still got a good deal!

Notes:  juicy grapefruit, black currant, and lily of the valley.

I am totally in love with this perfume! Its very fruity and floral at the same time. Completely 100% an amazing Summer scent! I would definitely recommend at least testing this the next time you visit a Victoria's Secret store, if you're not too fond of it try the original Bombshell too! :)

HAUL: Victoria's Secret, Trade Secret, and CVS!

Here's a quick sneak peak of the haul i did a couple days ago. I made a trip the the mall for a new bra and ended up picking up a lipstick and body mist. Then i headed to Trade Secret across the way for their huge Essie polish sale, and finally to CVS on my way home to check out the new Wet N Wild summer collection as well as some other odds n ends.

Dream Angels Forever Perfume

I recieved a 'deluxe' sample of the new Victoria's Secret Dream Angels Forever Perfume a few weeks ago while doing a makeup haul there. I had a coupon to get it free, otherwise you have to pay $2 for it.

I dont know why they call these deluxe samples, i would have expected it to be bigger. Its REALLY tiny. Despite the size though, it smells nice. Its not something I would purchase a full size bottle of. It has a "mature" scent in my opinion, its not very young and fresh smelling. As you can see from the 2nd photo the main notes are Blackberry, Iris, and Amber. Its very fragrant and strong in my opinion. I like it... but i dont love it. It would, however, be something my Mom or MIL liked alot.

Victora's Secret Beauty Rush Lip Gloss in More Mimosa

Victora's Secret Beauty Rush Lip Gloss in More Mimosa is the first VS lip gloss i ever bought!!! I got it about a month ago in the 2 for $12 sale (along with the Soothing Lip Balm in Pretty Buff). More Mimosa has a sweet orange sherbet scent, the gloss itsself is a little too sticky for me but it isnt ridiculously heavy or goopy. Overall, i like this gloss alot more than some others than i own but the VS Soothing Lip Balms are 10x better!

Victora's Secret Beauty Rush Soothing Lip Balm in Pretty Buff

This is my new favorite lip balm!!! Victora's Secret Beauty Rush Soothing Lip Balm in Pretty Buff is not only nude, shimmery, and beautiful, but its totally soothing and moisturizing. It has a cooling sensation on the lips, but not the "tingly" feeling you get from some minty balms. You can purchase these for $7 alone, or 2 for $12, or 4 for $20 along with other Beauty Rush makeup products from Victorias Secret (mix & match). 

This tub is pretty deep so it will take me quite a while to go through the entire thing, but as soon as I do i will be buying more ASAP!! 

Victoria's Secret Face Trio in Captivate

This beautiful blush/bronzer/highlighter trio from Victoria's Secret in 'Captivate' ($15) is my new favorite blush!! I apply it with my Ecotools Blending Kabuki brush which picks up the products and distributes it in sheer layers for easily blendable and buildable coverage. These trio's come in 3 more shades, I chose one of the lightest ones because i have very fair skin. I love the way this blush looks on my skin! It does has a tiny hint of shimmer, but its not a ton so dont think it'll make your cheeks look glittery, it wont. Definitely a re-purchase when im finished with this one.

Victoria's Secret Silky Eyeshadow in 'Private Beach'

I absolutely fell in love with this Victorias Secret Silky Eyeshadow in Private Beach (lustre, $10). Its so soft and smooth and the pigmentation is great. The only issue i have is that is nearly impossible to use a brush w/ the shadow as for some reason they just wont pick anything up (its VERY pressed).... but using my finger worked out just fine. I plan to buy more of these VS Silky Lustre Eyeshadows, they're so amazing!! Below are the steps (and other shades) I used to create this EOTD...

STEPS:
1. Apply VS Private Beach all over lids.
2. Shade Too Faced Push Up into outer corners and creases.
3. Highlight brown bone with Urban Decay Sin.

Thats it! I finished this EOTD with Milani Liquif'Eye black liner on my top waterline only, and one coat of CoverGirl LashBlast Volume on top and bottom lashes. This looks is so soft, feminine, and light reflective. I can already tell Private Beach will be a shade I could use everyday.

Victorias Secret Beauty Rush Body Glimmer & Body Mist

I bought these two Victorias Secret Beauty Rush products (and another mist) at 3 for $25 a couple days ago. This particular scent is "Candy, Baby" and it's in the Body Double Mist and Body Glimmer Cream. It smells EXACTLY like cotton candy!!!

BODY GLIMMER CREAM:
"A sparkling twist on daily hydration! Super-nourishing body cream with ProVitamin B5 and Shea Butter quenches skin with shimmering moisture. Glimmer up, and sugarcoat it with Candy, Baby!"

This body cream is swirled with sparkle, and the two products mix when pumped through the bottle. Its a good moisturizer but not heavy at all, so I would feel comfortable wearing it in Spring/Summer. It smells alot like cotton candy and applies very smoothly. It spread out nicely on skin and absorbs surprisingly fast. Within the last two days I have used about 5-6 pumps of this and I can tell it will last a LONG time. I use: 1 pump per leg, 1 pump for both arms, 2 pumps for torso.

BODY DOUBLE MIST:
"A doubly sweet hydration sensation! Two layers of skin conditioners and fragrance mix things up for soft, scented skin. Shake well, spritz on, and sugercoat it with Candy, Baby!"

Ok, this stuff is amazing! The mist smells like 100% real cotton candy (even more so than the cream), and is so easy to apply. It would be absolutely PERFECT for Summer. It moisturizes and hydrates without being heavy at all, you can barely feel it on skin but it gives you a healthy glow. I can see myself spritzing this on right after a shower in the hot summer and my skin being refreshed and hydrated w/o making me sweat (we all know some body products can do that when its hot!). I cant say enough good things about this Body Double Mist, everyone should try it!! A wonderful alternative to lotion
