This is Maybelline's ColorSensational Lip Liner Pencil in Clear. Its sold at drugstores, or wherever Maybelline is sold with the ColorSensational lipsticks ($5-$6). It applies very smoothly but it isnt exactly 'clear' it obviously is white in the pictures and does show up a little on lips/skin. But its not so bad that it would effect lipcolor or make you look funny, lol.
It does its job.. it keeps lipsticks from feathering or running and is virtually invisible. Well worth the money... and it was also the only clear lip liner i found in WalMart.
I dont wear lipsticks or other lip colors very often so this lip liner will last me quiet a long time, plus its clear so its so versatile and can be used with anything. Definitely worth the money.
